Great spot to pregame for hockey down the street! Attentive bartenders...great food...can't go wrong!! One of the best bloodys in Burlington!
Jack's just isn't as good if you aren't sitting down in the restaurant itself. There is something about it where it needs to be piping hot in order to be at its best. But thankfully, Jack's thrives on the decor and ambiance inside. It's kind of speak-easyish when you walk in, in few ways does it feel like a pizza joint. But that's what they are known for and probably 90% of its customers are there to indulge in. The chairs are very cool looking, a throwback to say the 50s or 60s. Bright red with high backs to them. They have both high tops and low tops for families to enjoy like ours. And of course an almost always busy bar on the right as you walk in. The pizza is stellar with super fresh tomato sauce, cooked perfectly crispy as you want for a bit of a crunch. The truffle fries with chipotle aioli are superb. And to round out a quick meal, go with the Romaine salad. Just the right balance of parm pieces, bread crisps and a hint of anchovy. There is not much you can go wrong with here. I need to try out the drink menu sometime sans kids. But man are we all big fans. Dine-in like I said for the best pizza experience not to be missed in this general area.
We had takeout last night. Everything was great. Pizzas were delicious and cooked perfectly. Buffalo wings, fettuccine Alfredo and kids chicken with fries were also well prepared and excellent. The kids cannoli dessert was a nice touch also. Our new go to pizza place.
Great pizza.l, but they need to remove the "coal fired" from their name. They only have wood fired pizza available. The coal oven has been shut down for a few years now.
Prices? Wings (7 ) $15.50! Great wine selection. Bar area loud. Seating red leather casino booths, fireplaces in winter, outdoor patio???
First time here overall really good. I'll give Boston credit. Food/Drink: Pizza by the pie! Pretty good New York style brick oven pizza. Large amount of options and combos. Full Italian style menu, appetizers, entrees, pizza, soups, salads, and desserts! Pizza: Great crunch, Very flavorful, light in the toppings. Sauce was good not too sweet could have used a little more garlic. Dinning Area: Pretty large, open, area. Benches, large counter. Plenty of seating! Prices: Relatively cheap. 1 16" pie and fountain drink garlic bread, and a tomato basil soup for $44. Parking: Plenty of space, private lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and regular size. Atmosphere: During the weekday lunch rush, it was very empty. Staff/Attendants: Staff overall was un attentive and a bit standoffish. Had to ask for almost everything and kind of yell to him bc he would stand a table away and take the order. Decent experience...idk maybe one more try! 7/10
